River Torridge Heritage Group (RTHG) is a partnership of heritage organisations led by Way of the Wharves CIO.
This group formed in September 2023 and the partner organisations represent over 2000 members/supporters and 200 active volunteers (stewards, engineers, restorers, painters, etc).
The partner organisations united around the application for Heritage Harbour status.
Heritage Harbours and Heritage Inland Ports are places that support the UK’s national fleet of historic vessels and whose heritage and environment are actively promoted by the local community.
